Philosophy has been one of my new things lately. I just love ancient wisdom, and finding ways to apply it to my life.

Epictitus once said, “Seek not the good in external things; seek it in yourselves.”

This is just the encouragement I need in a lot of situations. Instead of seeking “the good life” in external stuff, I really should look within myself.
