Pieces of Our Holiday Decor | November Edition

,

Hello friends, and welcome to the blog today.

Whew! It’s been a busy week for me. Besides making regular Etsy orders, I also received an order for 46 hair bows for a dance team. I’m almost done. It definitely was a blessing to receive such a large order!

(Getting some regular Joyfully Made Hair Bow orders prepped for shipment.)

I’ve also been decorating our home for the holidays here and there. This time of the year is so special, and I thought I would share some of the things I’ve already set out.

Our main tree (pictured above) is mainly neutral, with a few colorful ornaments tucked in here and there. This is where most of our ornaments go. I can’t wait to get one especially made for 2024. Hopefully, soon!

In another corner of our living room, I set up a nature themed tree. I love it so much. The tree actually belongs to my daughter who uses it as a prop for her photography business. She’s done using it for the season, so she said I could put it up in our living room. How kind of her!

I added ornaments, berries, and pine cones to the tree so far. I’ve ordered two Winter Solstice ornaments from Etsy, and hopefully they will arrive by the end of the week. I think they will be the perfect finishing touch!

In our dining room, I have a tabletop tree decorated in a gingerbread theme. I love the look of red and white holiday decor, and I thought these pieces would look nice on top of a red cabinet I picked up at an antique store at least a decade ago.

I don’t have a lot of space available in our kitchen to decorate, but I set out a few things in this little corner. My youngest son was super happy to see our polar bear friend out again!

Other than that, I’ve been setting out snowmen here and there. They will stay out through February.

I guess that’s it for now! I will probably decorate a little more here and there. I wait until after Thanksgiving to decorate the outside of our home.

Have you started decorating for the holidays yet? It sure does bring me a lot of joy!

Thanks so much for stopping by today, friends.
