Calming Chamomile Baby Bath Recipe

As mamas, sometimes we look for ways to calm down our little ones before bedtime. This is especially true if their senses have been over stimulated and they are having a difficult time calming down. I would like to share a simple recipe with you today that should help you out! A bath is a wonderful way for babies and toddlers to calm before bedtime, and this chamomile infused recipe is perfect for that.

Chamomile can be purchased online, or found in your own garden. I grew chamomile for the first time last year, and it was such a lovely flower! It will definitely have a place in my garden this year, as well.

Calming Chamomile Baby Bath

1/2 cup dried chamomile

2 1/4 cups oatmeal

1/4 cup cornstarch

Add all of your ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until you have a fine powder. Pour into a clean container.

To use:

Pour 2 tablespoons into a baby bath or 1/2 cup into a full bath under running water.

If you decide to try this recipe, I hope you enjoy it! It is such a blessing to be able to make fun recipes like this.
