I usually jog three times per week, and I like to find podcasts to listen to.
A couple of days ago, I listened to this discussion between Dr. Mindy Pelz and Megan Pormer.
I was blown away by the information I learned about hormones.
As a perimenopausal woman, I’m always looking for ways to balance my hormones and to walk through this season of life with grace and ease. This discussion gave me hope. I truly want to partner with my body during this time, and not view it as the enemy.
