Merry Christmas, friends! I hope your day has been full of peace and joy!

We’ve had a blast around here. My children have enjoyed their gifts, and so have I. My thirteen-year-old decided to write a short story to give everyone as a gift, and reading it out loud was a hoot! Each one of us had a different section, and I think it might have been the highlight of our day.

I’m so thankful for the gift of love, light, and the reminder that even in dark times, light returns. I’ve loved celebrating while thinking about Jesus and God’s love throughout the day.

I’ve done some writing today on a new Substack account, and I wanted to invite you on over! As much as I love to write, Substack seems like the perfect place for me. I’m surprised I haven’t thought of it sooner.
