25% Off Bow Sale + A Life Update

,

Well, hello! I didn’t mean to take the summer off the blog. I really didn’t. But somehow, here we are.

Summer has been busy in some of the best ways. We soaked in the warm days and I worked on my bow business a lot.

Before going further, I wanted to let y’all know that my entire shop is 25% off through Sunday! Lots of patterns and prints are available, along with new scrunchies and skirt outfits!

Anyhow, I’ve been working on promoting my little business, and decided to sign up for my first fall craft show in almost a decade. So I’ve been WORKING like crazy to make inventory to sell the last half of summer. It’s been so much fun! My bedroom is filling up with the cutest patterns and prints, since I have nowhere else to put my items at the moment.

Thankfully, my husband hasn’t seemed to mind. Once I have my displays filled up, I will pack everything away in totes. Since this is my first craft fair in forever, I have more peace of mind doing it this way.

My tent arrived a couple of days ago, and once I have everything I need I’m going to set it all up in our yard as a trial run. I’m trying to make a bunch of things, and hopefully will sign up to be a vendor at another festival or two before the year ends.

When I’m not playing with fabric, I’ve been homeschooling our bunch. We officially started back two weeks ago. We are easing into our new schedule without many hiccups at all, and I’ve blocked off 10 am – 2 pm each day to focus on teaching. My high schooler is enrolled in Acellus, and my eighth through first graders are using a mix of curriculum from The Good and the Beautiful, Christian Light Education, Teaching Textbooks, and secular History and Science resources.

In a few weeks we’ll be going on a five day beach vacation, and I think we all are ready. I can’t wait to watch the sunrise over the ocean and jog along the shoreline.

I hope you’ve had a WONDERFUL summer, and please pass on the information about my Etsy shop sale to anyone who might be interested. Thank you so much for stopping by, friends!
